An implant is a non-ideal that one being has deliberately got another being to use.
The largest number of implants is towards the end of the second time-line in the Magick-universe, but they can be found in any universe.
The usual mistake by beginners when first finding implants, is to blame the “big bad implanters”. The reality is that one will only use an implant when one already has other non-ideals which make using it seem like a “good idea”, and it is useful to erase these “causes” and “reasons for” as well as the structure of the implant itself.
One area which has an implant, is the penultimate section of the Between-lives area, where one is fed a sequence of data, before the area where one “chooses” ones goals and personality for the next lifetime.
