Principles of Awareness Based Clearing

This page will cover some general principles to help with effective, efficient and safe deep-clearing and, for more advanced practitioners, awareness-based-clearing.

These principles are divided into beginners, intermediate, and advanced.


Beginners.

Start with the basics.

This means get experience with using the whole range of standard Deep Clearing processes (i.e. get significant results with at least most of the processes in Filbert’s book). Reasons being that these processes cover a wide range of common processes and types of non-ideals . . . no need to “re-invent the wheel” . . . so make use of this processing, make some progress and get familiar with handling at least most of these types of non-ideals before exploring further (for efficiency, safety, etc.).

Process limitations.

The most important principle for beginners to understand . . . any limitation is something to be processed, not something to believe. This also applies to concepts like “this process doesn’t work”, “I can’t see these limitations” or “I can’t find the answer” etc. . . . these are merely items to be erased (i.e. find and erase what is implementing them), not “truths” to believe.


Intermediate.

Be aware of the limitations and biases of any technology.

Any technology has its limitations and biases.

Standard Deep Clearing, while being the most effective and efficient approach to advanced self-development and spiritual growth available at this time, has its limitations and is biased in various ways.

So use it, but be aware that it isn’t perfect, and see things from other perspectives as well as you make progress.

Some of the areas which standard Deep Clearing do not explicitly work on (yet which are essential to get to the higher levels they point to):

Polarities: this whole chain of universes is very fundamentally built from polarities (actually 4-way splits, but that’s an advanced view), and being able to rapidly and effectively de-polarize a polarity is one of the quickest and most effective ways to decrease “Charge” on an area.

Personality definition: each one of the standard personality definitions (as detailed by the ifa tech) includes a few abilities and a lot of limitations. It is not possible to get free of common areas of limitations with one of these in place (it needs to be replaced by all-options).

Morphic-fields: these are a vital aspect of reality, both the reality of human societies, and the reality of the contents of the Playing-field of this universe (i.e. what current science calls “the universe”). A lot of people say they want to get to A-level (being direct cause over matter and energy), but are not yet aware of the basics of B-level (natural cause over Morphic-fields).

Games. A Game is an area where one agrees to pretend to be limited in ways which one is not really limited. This is OK while one is fully aware that one is only pretending, and fully able to cease doing so, but as soon as one starts to consider those limitations as “real” then one is limited. This is a very fundamental type of limitation, and very well worth processing.

Energy-bodies: there are 143 different energy-bodies (most people have heard of less than 10 of them). It is essential to get these clean before reaching the ability of being direct cause over matter and energy, else their non-ideals will influence the results of direct causality.

Process causes of limitations.

Always process the causes of effects. Processing just the effects is very inefficient as it leaves the causes of those effects in place (which will continue to cause the effects), so always process at least 2 stages of cause and effect (or more if you can).

I also highly recommend processing what caused the non-ideals to be active at this time.

Develop your direct awareness.

The part of you that you ask for non-ideals when you are running a process will give you a correct answer to ANY question (unless your use of non-ideals blocks you from receiving that answer). So develop your relationship with it, for more effective and efficient progress.

Beginners need to learn to distinguish this part which provides correct information, from the Thoughts-Mind energy-body, which does not. One type of limitations is using fixed data instead of being aware directly, thus anyone who is believing someone else rather than looking for themselves, is still a beginner. It is much better to use what others say as pointers, go where they are pointing, and look directly for oneself (once one has enough awareness to do so).

When you are getting reliable answers from this part, make use of it by finding the most useful meta-questions, such as “what is the best thing for me to process next?”, “what is the best way I can improve the effectiveness of my processing?”, “what’s the most valuable thing I can ask this part right now? etc.

Use different ways of mapping things.

Most people start by using words to describe the non-ideals they are seeing and handling. This is OK at the start, but for efficient processing one should use other “mappings” as well . . .

For example, it is possible to map non-ideals as 3D visual representations of their structures. This is a more direct mapping than using words because structures are what the non-ideals ARE, compared to the words which are typically describing what the non-ideals DO.

A huge advantage in mapping visually is that it makes it easy to process multiple items simultaneously. This can make processing the majority of non-ideals vastly more efficient (since large numbers of items can be represented and erased simultaneously), although for the most significant non-ideals it is best to get as much reality as possible on them, including words describing what they do, etc.

Be aware of polarisation.

This whole chain of universes is based on the binary principle, and uses polarisation to keep apart pairs of items (in order for them to stably exist rather than instantly merging and vanishing).

One of the most fundamental forms of non-ideal is polarisation. One needs to be aware of it and handle it effectively.

Our current societies on this planet (and even the standard view of Deep Clearing) are significantly polarised, especially in terms of the bright, high end of things being “good” and the low, dark end being “bad”, which is fundamentally incorrect. One will need to let go of such false data and spot the correct data on such things, in order to make deeper levels of progress.

Another example, as “The Pilot” says, when glancing through lists of processes to see what to process next, as well as ones interest one also needs to be aware of things one is avoiding (i.e. the other pole of interest), and processes those too.

For any significant non-ideal, it is more efficient to work on both poles. For example, if one is lacking in a specific area, then look for, and process, whatever one has too much of in relevant areas. The only way for anything, such as a non-ideal, to be persistent is for there to be two poles in opposition, so there is ALWAYS an other-pole (although if one is very polarised on that area, it can be difficult to spot at first).

Be aware that some things need all options.

Most Deep Clearing processing is aiming at erasure. But you should be aware that some things need all options (such as personality-definitions), instead of nothing, in order to be functional and clean (and a few things, like Morphic-Fields, need to be replaced by better versions).

Even if your ultimate aim is leaving this entire universe-chain, that can ONLY be done by increasing functionality in all areas (to the point of full functionality), because any area which you are unwilling to be functional in, is thereby trapping you and preventing you from leaving it.

So be aware which things need processing towards nothing, and which need processing towards everything.

Use different perspectives and approaches.

Nearly all non-ideals were originally chosen for use due to a limited perspective. So enlarging one’s range of perspectives is essential for overall progress so one gets free of continually using the same limitations.

In general, the more senior one can process, the more efficient and effective ones processing will be, but that will usually leave some non-ideals at more junior levels which need to be processed too. So process the most senior non-ideals that you can find, relevant to any area, first, then process any remaining non-ideals at junior levels, as needed.

Using different processes and approaches is fundamentally more effective and efficient for processing than trying to handle everything using only one approach.

Good functionality also requires a variety of approaches and perspectives.

Processing location.

For most processes, it is most efficient and effective for the location from which are processing to be at least two universes senior to the structures you are processing.

Increasing size, power and awareness

As one erases limitations, it is important to manifest one’s presence in the areas where one has just erased limitations (instead of staying withdrawn from that area). This is necessary for functionality, which is necessary for genuine freedom (any area in which you can’t function effectively, is trapping you).

It is also important to increase one’s available power, and size, because some common relevant limitations are huge, and one needs to be big enough and powerful enough to process them effectively (Higher-self won’t give you access to limitations which are too big for you to process effectively, so you won’t even know they exist until you get big enough). Most of the types of limitations originate senior to this universe (see below), and as one goes each universe higher up the Chain of Universes, one needs much more size and power to be able to handle things effectively.

It is also essential to understand that all non-ideals are based on misunderstandings due to awareness used in a limited context. So one needs to continually expand and vary the contexts and perspectives that one uses.

Get everything separate.

This applies to different universes as well as to groups of non-ideals linked together in some way. Your direct awareness works much better on things that are clearly seen as what they are, rather than confused-together with other things, and things clearly seen will process much more effectively too.

Also relevant is the data that all limitations really refer to something specific (however generalized they appear as concepts because they include avoidance of the specifics), which is helpful because one can find the specific(s) and change the overall limitation concept.

Advanced

Process origins.

Origins and sources are very significant . . . much more so than the changes and additions made later. To be fully free of a type of limitation usually requires processing the reasons it was originally created (or copied from others) and used, as well as seeing precisely how it works and its consequences etc.

Be aware what your ultimate aim is.

If you have a clear and clean definition of what you ultimately want, whether it be ability to act directly “as a spirit” (i.e. without using a body to get things done, known as “A-level”), freedom from being trapped in this physical-universe, freedom from all limitations over the whole of this universe-chain, or something else, being clear about this will help you get there.

This is because you DO currently exist in this universe (and thus inevitably in every universe above it in the Chain), and some parts of your attention which are currently “here” need to be doing something, so won’t easily cease doing non-ideals unless you give them something better to do instead.

As you add more of your attention to your ultimate aim (be aware that all the aims I mentioned above exist as structures in and/or around this universe-chain, so there are specific structures for you to put more attention on), it will grow more powerful, and make it increasingly easy to spot and let go of anything which doesn’t align with it.

As well as with your ultimate aim, some processing is made much easier by using more ideal structures. For example, many structures in the energy-bodies will refuse to have no structure there (or may kill the body if you really erase them), but often it is easy to move the existing non-ideal structure to the side (while maintaining its connections), and add the ideal structure in the correct location, which will make it automatic or at least very easy, to erase the non-ideal version.

Choose your focus.

If your focus is on limitations, that is acting to maintain limitations. Whatever you put your attention on, you get more of, so most of your time your attention should be on what you really want, with only as much attention on limitations as necessary to get them processed effectively, and no more. People who talk about their limitations all the time and have no interest in better options, have not got very far yet.
